Teachers College of San Joaquin offers Subject Matter Coursework Evaluations to determine whether completed coursework satisfies California subject matter requirements for a credential.
Processing Time: Evaluations are typically completed within 15 business days after all required official transcripts have been received.

Complete the Subject Matter Coursework Evaluation Request Form and submit the required payment. Once your payment is received, TCSJ will email you a link with instructions on how to submit your transcripts and supporting materials to complete your evaluation request.
Important: Subject Matter Coursework Evaluations are conducted for Teachers College of San Joaquin admissions purposes only. If you are pursuing a credential through another institution, that institution will need to independently review your coursework to determine whether you meet its subject matter requirements.
